Hi,
None of the notifications - calls, texts, whatsapp msgs seem to.be working kn my brand new versa 2. Keep getting a msg that 'notifications are not working, restart your phone'. But after restarting the phone also, its not working.
Someone please help!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I'd like to share with you that the OnePlus 5T is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it. One of the requirements to properly receive notifications on your Fitbit device is to use a compatible device, therefore, I suggest you to try with one of them and let me know if the issue persists.
