Hi, @SunsetRunner , have you set up notifications?
Go to your Fitbit app, chose your Versa Lite, and scroll to notifications. From that screen choose which notifications you want to receive.
Then, on the notifications screen you will see 3 dots on the top right. Click on those and you will see “send a test call notification”. Choose that. It may take a few moments while your Versa connects to your phone, but you should then get notification of a call. If it doesn’t work the first time, try it again a few times.
If it continues not working, make sure Bluetooth is OFF on any other device you use to sync your Fitbit (iPad, computer, etc) or go out of range of these, as competing Bluetooth will prevent you from getting notifications.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!
