My Charge2 is not receiving any messages from my motoz3 phone....I use messenger. What can I do ?

Before anything else, let me clarify that your Moto Z3 isn't a supported device, and this may prevent some features from working correctly. But, we can still work on this together. Please confirm if you're using the native messages app or Facebook Messenger.
