Hi @Sheilafit2019, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

I'm sorry that your Charge 2 isn't receiving notifications, and I'll be helping you with this. Before anything else, let me clarify that your Moto Z3 isn't a supported device, and this may prevent some features from working correctly. But, we can still work on this together. Please confirm if you're using the native messages app or Facebook Messenger.

Also, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. From the Charge 2's clock screen, press and hold the button to make sure Notifications are on.
  3. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
  5. Open the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Account icon > Charge 2 image.
  6. Tap on Notifications and follow the onscreen instructions.
