Hello @Mar90, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. As it turns out, your Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Charge 3.
Even though your mobile device is not compatible, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Hi @Nikxon, welcome aboard.
Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared. To resolve the issues you're experiencing, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from my previous post and also check our help article: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
Let me know if the issue persists.
Best AnswerThese settings finally worked for me, not sure which ones are required or most important.
- In Fitbit app settings, Auto start on, All permissions allowed, Battery saver No restrictions
- Delete dual app accounts if enabled (search for dual in settings, will likely limit use of that feature)
- Enable MIUI optimization in developer settings (Tap MIUI version several times to make dev settings available)
- Leave app open and running
