Hi there @Azalee, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response regarding your concern with notifications not working.

 

Make sure your notifications are enabled and all the permissions has been provided in your phone for this feature to work. For more details, refer to this post: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

 

Now if the issue continue and all has been set correctly, give it a try to this suggestions: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
