I have a Samsung j 3 and my alta hr has not synced since the 5th june tried all the trouble shooting had replacement insurance were I got my fitbit from replaced my alta hr installed and it installed and did firmware update synced and has not synced since what do I do .have done all the fitbit updates

Hello @thelynbaggs, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! It has been a few days and my apologies for the late response. I saw you were experiencing syncing issues and I'm wondering how it goes?
You did good in trying to troubleshoot this on your own. Now, I know you mentioned that all updates are installed, however I would like to recommend to try to update the Fitbit app again. There is a new version that might be of your help in order to sync your tracker. For more details, please review this post.
