Notifications not working

Please help me .I've just got a versa light  All notifications are turned on and it's synced. I've even reset the device  When I reset the device it was sitting in the charging Dock and a message came through on my device. However when I've taken it out and I'm now wearing it they are no longer coming through. No idea why. I have a Huawei p30 phone

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting too. Let me share with you that the Huawei P30 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Fitbit app and Android updates.

 

Even though your mobile device is not compatible, if you haven't already done so I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
