Blaze compatibility with Samsung Note 8

I am experiencing a loss of notifications, battery drainage, and syncing is spuratic.  After two chat sessions with two different agents, I've come to the conclusion that for some reason in the past 1 1/2 years my Blaze has worked just fine with my Samsung Note 8 and then in the past three weeks I have experienced all these issues.  The agents are informing me that my phone is not compatible with the Blaze.  " I want to share that the Samsung Note 8 is yet to be made compatible with our trackers and this could be the reason why you're having difficulty in syncing. Note that Fitbit trackers may sometimes sync and work with unsupported mobile devices, but not 100% of the time."  I'm sorry, but that is not acceptable.  There should be some type of up front notification that said phone is not compatible before the purchase.  Especially if you are talking to an agent during the purchase.  I love FitBit, I've had several and never have I had an experience like this.  I'm very disappointed and frustrated.  I hope FitBit makes the necessary adjustments to make their products compatible with all devices.  Samsung is a top competitor of phones and therefore, should not be having issues like this.
