Hi all,
I recently got a OnePlus5, I have my Flex 2 constantly paired via bluetooth, with All Day Sync and Always Connected turned off. I have set my message notification on my Flex 2 to alert me for WhatsApp.
Recently I have discovered that in the mornings the Flex 2 doesn't vibrate when I receive WhatsApp messages. I have to either go into the Fitbit app, turn off notifications and turn them on again, re-pair my device sometimes, or both for it to work again.
Anyone else have this problem? or know a fix? Thanks!

Hi there @Olifac3, certainly this is not an expected behavior, although I was reviewing and your phone is not listed as a compatible device, so the behavior in relation to the trackers and app functionality might not work as it should, for the same reason.
There was a similar case before and perhaps the recommendations from there, might be of your help to address the notification issues. Please give it a try to this post: Flex 2 Text and calls not vibrating to wrist band.
See you later and hope this helps.

I noticed that the OnePlus One was compatible, is there any way of adding the newer devices onto the compatibility list? New phones come out all the time, surely a newer OnePlus should be on there too.
My previous phone was an LG G4 and that's not on the list either but everything worked flawlessly for the 4 months I had my flex 2 connected to it.
How drastic is it that a device is compatible anyway? It's still an android. The app has been working pretty fine all apart from the [daily] Bluetooth notification issues.
I've been getting this error message quite frequently:
"Can't find your tracker. If you see this message for the first time, press 'Cancel' and try again. If you continue receiving this message, press 'Restart Bluetooth' to turn Bluetooth off and on"

Hello @Olifac3, good to see you again! Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, however as moderators we do not have a timeframe of when a devices is listed or what mobile phone are being tested. This is with the intention to avoid false expectations if a devices turns put is not compatible at all.
There are different mobile devices out there that are not listed as compatible, which are able to support all the features of the app. I have a Sony Xperia which is not listed as compatible either and as you mentioned with your previous phone, I'm being able to sync with no troubles.
Whit phones that are compatible is a great difference since it will mean the app is optimized to run under the OS of the phone. Taking my example back, now with the new Ionic the syncing is only intermittently and not reliable as it used to be with other Fitbit models. So here is the importance of a phone be included as a compatible device, since we can guarantee it functionality when new features or new updates are released.
If you are having this error, usually this is happening when the connectivity with Bluetooth fails, so it would not hurt to try these suggestions from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
See you later and take care.
