The Fitbit icon on the front of my Samsung Galaxy A8 shows increasing notifications but I can't find them on my Fitbit. When I access Notifications on the tile (is that what it's called?) there is nothing there. Any ideas?

Hello @Chazeynell.

Thanks for letting me know.

It could be that something isn't syncing correctly with the servers. Let's try to log out of the app and then force close the app. Then, open the app and log back in. That should definitely help in forcing the app to download all details from the servers and might correct the notifications servers.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @Chazeynell.

To better understand what exactly is going on I'd like ask for you to share a screen shot of what you are seeing. That would help me explain what is going on, or point you in the right direction to fix it. Also, please let me know what Android version your Galaxy A8 is running.

Let me know if you have any further questions in the meantime.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm sorry I can't work out how to do a screen shot on my phone! It's just the little numbers that come up on the icon on the home screen. I click on the icon to get the Fitbit screen but can't find any notifications. It is Android version 8.0.0.
