Do you guys still have the notification services issue with your fitbit versa? i have the error message on the fitbit app version 3.3 (20213416).
The factory reset on the versa do not resolve the issue, neither uninstalling the app on the phone, or trying to pair again the versa on the fitbit app.
Already try the workaround on several post on the community page, without luck.
Versa version 38.33.1.30.
i also tried with the "Fit Notifications" app, but both apps display "ON" on the notification services, but i never received notifications on the fitbit.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa device are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo, I'm using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, I started with the issue last week on Monday, as you can see, I still have the problem.
I still have the issue with the services.

Let me share with you that the Huawei Mate 20 PRO is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users were able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products in the past with no difficulty, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all your Fitbit features due to this compatibility concern and due to Android, Fitbit app and device updates.
Even though your mobile device is not compatible, please give it a try to re-setup the notifications with this help article and let me know if the message is still appearing. If such is the case, I suggest you to try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the same occurs.
