I can't get notifications since I upgrade the EMUI 10 in my Huawei Mate 20. Even if I restart my phone, the message that says a restart is needed don't disappear

I'm having the same problem. Deleted then reinstalled and still nothing.

I did a phone reset. Everything is working apart from notifications.

I think it's fitbit and not Huawei that is having problems.
