Ok now what do i do
When i tap "open settings" ot takes me to the overlay settings.
OK lets go to the phones settings - application manager - Fitbit settings we will turn on access to camera, contacts, phone and storage.
I get this error

Thanks for that explanation and pictures, @Rich_Laue. I will have to dig a bit more into what could be happening. Perhaps you could try to uninstall the reinstall the app?
