I have a Charge 2 and up until a week ago I was getting notifications on my Samsung A5 2017. I started having issues with syncing so I followed the troubleshooting and got it to work again but the notifications have stopped. Any help getting it back would be great.

A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is where the fitbit is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the issue here?
