Notifications stopped working after Android update (Android 12) - Fitbit

Has anyone else stopped getting notifications since upgrading their Android to 12? Used to get all my notifications find and now none of my notifications work evr since the update.

Even tried using the "test call" feature in the Fitbit notification menu and nothing happened. Anyone know how to fix this or if Fitbit is planning on putting out an update to address the problem?

@OddMushroom Welcome to the forums! Thanks for reaching out regarding the notifications on your Fitbit device. I have not yet upgraded my Android version. However, I suggest you try the tips in the following help article: . Here you will find several tips for this scenario. If they do not work, I would deactivate notifications on the Fitbit App and set them up again.

@RodrigoMFitbit unfortunately that doesn't work. I just installed a new Inspire 2 on a Google pixel 5 and the steps in that article do not activate notifications. As with @OddMushroom even the test call notification does not work. Please provide some updated options!

yep notifications are not working on android 12, sync is working
