Does anyone know if Fitbit Sense app is compatible with Android Fire(s) released in 2020, 2021 (released May, 11th generation, OS Android 9 / Fire OS 7) or even this year, 2022?
Thank you very much. Can't find a specific list on the Fitbit website - not helpful.
Sincere appreciation for anyone that can answer.

SHORT VERSION
No, FireOS are not officially supported and the Fitbit app can not be downloaded from the Amazon App Store
LONG VERSION
The problem of Fire OS device is a little bit different and unfortunately Fitbit doesn't help to understand well.
Fire OS is the Amazon version of Android (that is open source hence free to be used) for its Fire Tablet. As @SunsetRunner says recent versions of Fire OS use Android 9, and therefore the app should be compatible. The problem is that the Fitbit page let understand that Fire devices can work as they are not explicitely mentioned as not compatible, rather they fall into the Android 8+ category.
Now here is where we have a problem.
FireOS, while using Android (in the free version or AOSP as it is called) it doesn't use the propietary Google Play Service that, for users, means that they can't have access to install apps from the Play Store, in this case Fitbit app. And, unfortunately, the Amazon App Store, that is the store where FireOS users can download apps from, do not list the Fitbit app.
Fitbit should either:
1) Have the Fitbit app included into the Amazon App Store (following of course betatesting of the devices to verify correct working)
2) Make clear in the documentation and in the boxes that FireOS devices are not supported.

Hi @SunsetRunner - It depends on the Android OS version. Fitbit needs Android OS 8.0 or higher. The Fire is a tablet, If I have this right. The page you reference does not mention fitbit being compatible with Fire OS so I’m guessing it is not.
