Notifications from my Samsung A8(2018) to my Fitbit Alta were working fine until a recent Samsung upgrade to my phone.  Now I am unable to receive notifications and I cannot make the Bluetooth connection between devices.  I have tried all of the usual fixes but none have solved the problem.  Has anyone else encountered similar problem following a recent Samsung Update?

Same problem with my A7 2018. First the notifications stopped working, now it won't connect at all with my phone.

I am also having the same problem between my Samsung 8 and my Charge 3. No communication between the two since the last Android update.

Having the same issue with my Samsung A8(2018). It stopped syncing on 21st April. I performed the OS update on 24th April and now I can't sync with my Alta HR. I've tried the suggested troubleshooting. The only time my phone appears to be able to connect with the Fitbit is when trying to setup as a new device. I see the 4 digit code on my Alta HR, but when I try to enter in my phone, it just can't connect.

I have randomly started getting notifications on my fit bit. Seems to be working well now. Except I cant reas the text messeges on it but can see who it is from. Fitbit did a upgrade perhaps? Started working last evening out of the blue
