My Charge 3 stopped syncing notifications a few days ago. Inside the app if I click through to:
Account -> Charge 3 -> Notifications
There is a red banner at the top of the screen saying "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". Here's a photo

I'm using an Android phone, an Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro running Android 10 QKQ1.190825.002
I have tried the following, and all have not worked
- Restarting the phone (several times)
- Unpairing the Charge 3 and then re-adding it via the FitBit app
- Checking for updates for the Fitbit app (none available)
- Checking that notifications are not turned off on the charge 3 (they're not)
- Ensuring the phone is not in Silent / DND mode (it's not)
- Setting the Fitbit app to "Don't optimise" in battery settings
- Ensuring that the Fitbit app has notification access
- Ensuring the Fitbit app is allowed to autostart
The Charge 3 does still sync with the phone, it's just that notifications never show. And while this phone is fairly new to me, the notifications did work for a week or so, and then just stopped. Any thoughts?

Hi @tompagenet the list of compatible devices, I don't see your phone click to see
When a phone is not on the list of compatible devices, it might work or it might not. Many on the forums say a phone works when it's not on the list, but they often find not all the functions will work for them. Have you spoken with customer support?
