My Fitbit Versa has all of a sudden stopped vibrating whenever I get a notification.

I have checked the settings and everything is all switched on as far as I can see.

When I hold down the notifications button on the Versa I can see my notifications but it doesn't vibrate any more.

I have a Samsung S8+

Anyone heard of this before and know what the issue might be?

Hi, @Rach18988! Have you tried restarting your tracker? Hold down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. Your tracker should vibrate and restart.

Hi there, thanks for replying

Yes, I have tried all the usual trouble shooting solutions that they recommend... restarted the fitbit, unpaired and repaired the Bluetooth, updated the app, turned all the notifications off, restarted the phone and selected all the notifications again. Force closed the app and synced it up again... nothing seems to work.

Does your tracker vibrate when you restart it? If so, there's something else going on. For example, I saw someone else found that when the phone has 'do not disturb' mode turned on, the tracker does not vibrate. If not, there may be something wrong with the motor and you should get in touch with Fitbit Support.
