Thanks for the information provided, and I'll help you out with this. Just to confirm, do you mean that your Alta HR isn't receiving notifications? Or is the issue with the notifications tab in the Fitbit app? If you've not done so, please verify if the Fitbit app is updated. Then close the Fitbit app from the open apps and reboot your phone.
