Hi Fitbit team.


Please I can see that several users since at least last September are asking your goodselves to solve the sync issue between Huawei Nova Plus 2 device & Fitbit Charge 2 device.

As you know Huawei devices have an interesting market share now and we really need from you to solve this issue or at least give us a deadline to solve the sync issue  or we will be obliged to start using devices other than Fitbit that are compatible with Huawei cell phones

Hi @ROYAOUAD. I’m sorry about the issues you are having. Fitbit does not announce timelines or provide deadlines for new features. The best thing to do is add your vote to the request for having your phone be included as a supported device. Tap here to vote.
