Number of times a Badge is earned does not change

I have fitbit one and android app. I have noticed that irrespective of the number of times I have say 5K or 10K steps, the last time earned date keeps changing but the times earned counter doesn't increase.

Hmmm, which phone and version of Android do you have?  Is your phone on the Compatible list?

For my phone (Moto X Gen 1), it does appear to work as you are expecting.

Please see the number of times the badges are earned. I have attached 5K badges for July 9th and 10th. The number does not move from 205. It is same for 10K, 15K and 20K badges as well.

If you haven't, I recommend checking this in another device, if the information doesn't change, feel free to contact our support team, I know they will be more than glad to help you out since they have the proper tools to see the information that your tracker has been registering. I noticed the same issue with badges earned. I hadn't paid much attention before but recently started trying to increase my step count to 15k and found that while the date for the badge earned changes, the number of times earned does not increase. I have a flex and am using an Android phone.

I have the same issue with mine Fitbit Charge HR on android.   My 5k badge updates to tell me the date last won but always shows that I've only achieved it 72 times.     Other badges also look to show the incorrect times won.
