Nutrition Facts not displaying on Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

As title states, when you are adding a food or checking a food and you click on 'Nutrition facts' to check the macronutrients, carbs, sugars, proteins etc.... it just displays a blank page.

App is up to date, forced stopped and rebooted.

This is happening for library foods, custom added foods & foods from bar codes, so everything.

Need to be able to check especially for bardcode foods and library foods, to check against labels as unfortunately they are often incorrect.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Ricci
