Nutrition info not displaying correctly

Within the last few days I have noticed that the nutrition information of foods is displaying incorrectly and is cutting off the top lines of the information.

I am using the most recent version of the app (4.48.fitbit-mobile) on my pixel 7 pro.

I have attempted all the usual suggested actions such as clearing the cache and storage and uninstalling then reinstalling the app but nothing resolved my issue.

Any help would be appreciated as my primary use of this app is to track my caloric intake and macronutrients.

Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Unable to view top lines. I'm on the android app version.

I too am having same issues.   I tried reaching out to Fitbit via email and they say they no longer reply to emails.    Appreciate if anyone has resolves.   I tried uninstalled and re-installed but not fixed..

Having the same issue. Pixel 8 pro.

I'm on a Galaxy 21, so not the phone. And i also reinstalled. I have to
wonder if this is happening to anyone who switched to Google from Fitbit.

I recall this happened at least before after a fitbit app (or possibly
android) update.

Nothing this issue started for me right after the most recent app update. Hopefully a future app update fixes it.

I am also having this problem. I followed the same steps. Still half missing.

Best Answer

I have switched and still having the problem

Best Answer

I switched awhile ago and it just started happening yesterday. Very frustrating.

I'm also having the same issue. Whatever bug they fixed in the update caused this bug here. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.

I just completed a chat with support. Tried a few suggested steps that didn't work. It could not be resolved at that basic support level and is being moved up to a higher support team, whatever that means.

I just did that as well, same answer. I told the representative that there are many people impacted. They said they would note that for what its worth

Yeah last time this happened it was fixed with the next app update.
Hopefully that happens soon!

Same issue here, with Pixel 6a, moved to the Google version ages ago. Top of Nutrients cut off, now starts with Cholesterol, cutting off fats. (Ver. 4.48)

Same issue on my end too!

That just means it's not you, it's them. It's their way of saying that it
doesn't appear to be an error on your end. Their development team probably
tweaked a line of code that accidentally moved the nutrition display to
what you are seeing now. Hopefully by the next update they'll fix this bug.

This is happening on my phone too, and I switched to Google. Most of the functionality I had before the switch has been lost. The only things that still work are steps, and calories out (although Im not sure how accurate that can be if heart rate and zones arent part of the calculation.) Sleep and heart rate aren't being captured.

I am having the same issue, starting about the same time you reported it, I think. It's very frustrating what with other issues I've been having with the app lately.

Is anyone else also missing their cardio load goal today?

Also, every other day it seems, my burned calories will not sync in my cal in/out chart and will show me taking in a lot more than I am burning, but my main page is accurate 🤔 I have to reset my phone almost every other day to fix it. And that's been an issue all summer. It seems like the app is going down fast!

Yes, my cardio goal started not showing up yesterday. It's still tracking
cardio load but there's no goal.
