Nutrition info not displaying correctly

Within the last few days I have noticed that the nutrition information of foods is displaying incorrectly and is cutting off the top lines of the information.

I am using the most recent version of the app (4.48.fitbit-mobile) on my pixel 7 pro.

I have attempted all the usual suggested actions such as clearing the cache and storage and uninstalling then reinstalling the app but nothing resolved my issue.

Any help would be appreciated as my primary use of this app is to track my caloric intake and macronutrients.

Thanks

since they are still selling fitbit they need to keep supporting.  how do you know what OS I'm on?  why does it matter?  In reading the thread I see many fitbit owners with different os have same issue of nutrients not fully displaying.

@Randelions Still on Android 14 as it is an older (2022) phone and the chipset most likely will not support required functionality for Android 15. I buy and then keep my phones until something I need (usually an authentication or antivirus app) quits supporting the OS I am stuck on.

The current version of the Fitbit app supports Android 11 or later, so it likely will not be the Fitbit app which forces me to buy a new phone.  Although this does demonstrate my point about an app trying to support the layer below it, as far back as it can.  😉

It's not a great calorie tracker anyway. I use another one that's free.

Same issue here. Any news of a fix?

I've also had this issue for about a month or two. Pretty terrible when we can't see the fat content of anything we're choosing.

I have been away for a few days.  It appears there is a new version of the app available.

Has anyone updated to version 4.50 of the app?  If so, has it resolved or changed anything with this Nutrition Info display issue?

I've been running 4.5. No changes.

I am running 4.5 and still not displaying full nutritional stats.  I put a ticket into fitbit site and they are useless...acting like this is first complaint...send screen shot, send screenshot of what it should look like!  I mean really, what it should look like?  I had to scour the web for a display!  Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

First complaint came in 7/25/25. So Google is doing nothing to address this. It's not your phone or your device or your versions. Suggest emails to fitbit-support:

You're not permitted to name the company in the email address. Still, nothing will happen.

@Sparker18 True, we do not know what, if anything, Google is doing to address this as we are simply a community of users.

However, versions are significant as I am not experiencing this truncated Nutrition Information issue.  I am running Android v14.  At this point in time, no one else who has reported they are experiencing this issue claims to be running v14.  I have utilized the same versions (between v4.48 and v4.50) of the app, and same Fitbit firmware/System (v214.24) others have reported.  So given the data we have available, it does appear this bug is impacting only Android v15 and higher.

@doncom1264 I think I was not aware Support needed a screenshot of what it should like like.  I could have provided this.

Edit:  Seeking something else in this topic, I see I did provide this earlier.  Perhaps someone experiencing this issue should direct support to this Topic?

I see your watch indicated. But which phone/tablet is the display working correctly? I keep thinking this is a screen aspect issue.

I have tried adjusting font and display sizes, which doesn't help much, but maybe it's screen shape.

Not really true. I had the issue on A v14 and still on v15, and it is persistent with Fitbit latest update 4.50.

A bit OT here, but obviously every company's goal is take the best features from any products they acquire and move them under their own brand.  Still, given this screenshot taken from the publicly available data, it makes it difficult for me to accept that Google does not care about supporting pre-existing Fitbit users and retaining them.

@Ericdelta Thanks for that! You are the first to report having it on Android v14.  Which device are you utilizing?

So now it looks promising that @sibhusky 's assertion of screen aspect/shape is close to the root cause.
