OTG Cable and Fitbit Dongle on Non-Supported device

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the Fitbit Community and had a question on regards to the Fitbit Dongle. I just bought a Fitbit Charge 2 recently but found out that my device isn't still compatible. My device is a ZTE Quest which already has Bluetooth 4.0. Any way I can use an OTG cable and a Fitbit dongle to sync with my phone and use the features my Charge comes with like connected GPS? Thanks, Anthony

@Fitb1tAnthony, the Fitbit Dongle will not work with you phone - some tablets support that type of function, but phones do not.  The ZTE Quest is not on the Fitbit Compatible Devices list, so it is likely that it will not support the Fitbit Android app and the Charge 2 tracker.

Hello Everyone, so I have the app installed, and the tracker synced but it works almost flawlessly, occasional 2-minute delays for a text to be sent, but otherwise it works.  I didn't end up connecting it with an OTG cable and dongle instead I just connected it via Bluetooth.
