Hi, @LMCBRIDE welcome to the community, you don't give us much to work on here, can you provide more information? Are able to see the data on the following dates? (has the issue resolved itself?) What device are you using? - sync it and try restarting it (not the factory reset as this will wipe the data)

I'm using a Versa 3. Interesting enough, turns out is was the free clock face I installed and have used for months and months. Unfortunately it just suddenly stopped working, 😔. I installed another one I had and all is good, tried another one and it works too. I have sent message to the "designer" of the clock face to let them know.
