One plus 6

Bluetooth just doesn't seem to connect at all. I would like to know if one plus 6 is compatible with charge 2. It's been a very long time since am trying to connect and it just doesn't seem to connect at all nor it's syncing too.

Same here. This is a common issue on user on Android Pie, there is discussion on this subject here: Android Pie not able to sync For info, I have been synchronising on Fitbit for Windows for the last weeks. 😉

For info, I manage to fix it last week for info, using an information from another user.

To fix it:

1- Uninstall the fitbit app.

2- Connect the phone with the tracker in the bluetooth parameters. if you see the tracker but can't connect to it, delete it from your phone and add it again.

3- Remove the tracker again from the phone (bluetooth parameter)

4- Install the app.

5- Connect to it and now it is running.
