Hello @debgilby.

 

In this case I'd like to better understand what is going on. Are you referring to the information that shows on the app itself or on the Alta? Additionally, how do you know that it is not correct? How did you notice?

 

Please do keep in mind that the battery information on the app is updates every time your Fitbit syncs and if it didn't sync recently it will still show the previous battery percentage instead of the current one.
