I have sync my watch and I did 31 thousand steps yesterday I am currently on 8 thousand today but the workweek hustle says I am on 31 thousand for the week so far it it saying I only did 24 thousand yesterday I have restarted the app and the phone and I did not add any steps manually

Did you manually log any of the steps?  If so, they won't count on challenges, though they do show on your own dashboard.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
