Had my fitbit one since June and all of a sudden it says sync error pleas try again.

I've turned my fitbit off and on, tironed my Bluetooth off and on and there are no updates needed for the app. I'm too scared to unpair it from my phone incase it won pair up again.

Anyone know anything i can do?

Thanks

Hi there @Thebluebell, it is nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! No, in this case I do not recommend to remove your tracker from your account. This may complicate the syncing issues you are experiencing; essentially your tracker is having a hard time to communicate with your phone via Bluetooth and if you remove your tracker it is possible you find troubles as well at the moment to pair your tracker back.

Now, I was reading you have tried some troubleshooting steps on your own, however I recommend to review the following post for more details in case there is something else to try: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

If the issue persists, you can set up your tracker as a replacement device without the need to remove your tracker. Just follow the steps as you are going to pair a new tracker but in this case it would be your One again. For more help perhaps the following post will indicate the right direction.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
