Hello Fitibituser,
I'm facing a problem with my Alta HR. It doesn't sync.
I tried:
- restart app
- deinstall fitbit app
- turning Bluetooth on and off
- with Alta HR of my wife it worked all fine.
So what could it be? The device is still running.
Thx in advance!

Hello @Maddin1982, before we jumped to the issue you are experiencing , let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I'm wondering if you have tried a restart on your Fitbit tracker? If you haven't let do the following:
- Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.
- Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. (When I do this, I just press several times, so not necessarily has to be three times) When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable and try to syn again.
As additional information I would like to share with you these suggestions for you tor review requirements and steps to troubleshoot syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
See you later and hope this get you back on track.
