Got an s8 this past weekend and my fitbit will sync but will not receive any notifications, has anyone got theirs working? I have seen all the past forums but nothing is working. thanks,
You can try an older version of the app the latest one is broken for my charge2. I've put back 2.19 that I used to use with my charge in order to get more than call notifications and it's been working fine with my charge2 all day. Not quite sure what might be the latest one that works well but I've seen in the forums people having all sorts of issues since 2.5x
I just figured mine out. Open the App and click on the icon at the top right (little blue thing looks like a camera to me). Then click on your charge icon under devices. Now click notifications under the general tab. And rest the notification here.
Unfortunately, there's no straight forward/official way as far as I'm aware. It's a manual installation process and it wouldn't be officially supported. There's plenty of material on the subject on the internet in case you're up for it.
