My Alta stopped syncing. Have had it several months with no problems till a few days ago. Have a Motorola G5 phone. Have restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Nothing has worked so far.
Help.

@Chibbs, open the phone's Bluetooth Settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the Device, close the phone's settings, then re-open the Fitbit app and manually sync the tracker. Let us know if that works.

2.62.1 is broken for both sync or notifications. Resetting bluetooth, the app, or reinstalling the app doesn't fix it. Downgraded to 2.19 that I previously used with my Charge and it's working fine with my Charge2 so far.

Same has happened to me. Phone can no longer find the tracker.
