A month ago I've purchased the Fitbit Sense and decided to go Premium to get extra readings.
However, I have struggled to record anything on Fitbit. I've contacted Fitbit via Instagram and was told it's not a compatible phone. It has worked twice during the past month but I didn't do anything different. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app too.
I previously had a Fitbit charge 2 and one plus 5T and the compatibility was great.
Has anyone managed to sync the sense and 8 pro? I feel like it's pointless to keep my premium if I'm not getting the full thing.

I have the OnePlus 8 Pro and a Fitbit Ionic. I jave never been able to get the Fitbit to talk to the OnePlus consistently and as of mid December I can't even get it to set up. Definitely quit the Premium, and maybe even ditch the Fitbit altogether.
