I was given a charge 3 as a present last week. All i ever see on the screen is the Fitbit logo and set up. If I hold the button in it shows the battery state. Walk does show on my Android phone but still nothing on the device. How do i arrange for the device to show time and other information please?

So how do I do that please. I have found nothing about that in the Help
questions. When I look at my account it shows the tracking of walks I have
done with the mobile on and the Fitbit App open but still nothing on the
Fitbit screen except the logo and site for set up.
