Opening App only shows a white screen

Is the app crashing or something? I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that fixed it, and a day and a half later it is back where it started. After reinstalling, the next day my inspire 3 watch wouldn't connect to the app and I had to plug in and restart the watch to get it to connect.

Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.

In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
