As for as the maintenance error i did a search of the android forum and got plenty of solved hits. Solved hits have a green check mark.
Best AnswerMy date and time was up to date. Maybe my device is not compatible to the forgot apps. I request to please include opposite f3 plus to the list of compatible devices or else my charge 2 will be useless. I staying on the ship I have no other gadgets to use. I already tried on my Acer laptop but still happened the same way the forgot apps was not available 😭

At this moment we do not have any news on any new devices being added to the list. Please do know that we're constantly working in order to expand it.
As for connecting via your computer, is it using Windows 10? If so, you should be able to download the app via the Windows Store. Are you getting any error message? What does it say?
