Unfortunately, @Tkris, there is no way of knowing if/when a device will be added to the compatibility list.  Fitbit is constantly adding & removing devices from the list, but they do not publish a schedule as to when they will be doing so.

Hello, @Tkris! Thanks for joining us! Heart As our good friend, @USAF-Larry said, the list is currently being updated by our engineers as they test the devices, however there is no information or schedule of when.

I suggest you keep an eye on it.

See you around. Robot wink

Is there any way to determine when it will be supported?  Just switched over to oppo r9s and quite annoyed at how my charge 2 cannot connect to my new phone, among other problems 😞

Hi to everyone, I'm using charge 2 and oppo r9s, it was very bad that fitbit still didn't give updates on the supported devices. This r9s should have been in the compatibility list as it was in the market almost two years ago. Please fibit, too many time my run can't be recorded by charge 2 + oppo r9s. I can't change my phone just because fitbit doesn't support it.
