The notification settings dont work when u go in to notification settings the screen goes white and goes back to the device selection page. I have tried changing all the permission settings manually but still not working

In this case, this is happening because the Oppo Reno is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps for the notifications.

I think fitbit need to work harder tom there software more simple and more comfortable with Android as a whole not just a hand full of device's. There is nothing worse than spending your hard earned money on something u want only for it to not work because of something as simple as software. Please add this phone to the support list please and make your software more simple and user friendly

Hi fitbit team,
I just purchased an Oppo Reno 4G and like the 5G version the notifications don't work from my phone. Just wondering if the team have any plans to support the Reno series as they're starting to become quite popular especially in Australia where our leading provider Telstra are now selling them with their plans.

Great news - looks like the Oppo Reno 4G is working with my blaze! Getting all notifications now like I was on my old iPhone 🙂
