When im at work sitting at a desk working at a computer, somehow it thinks i am getting some steps. I figured it was cause my arm is moving. I wish they would develop a way to turn off tracking the steps on the versa or the app. Where i could turn it off while im sitting and still have the watch on to monitor my heart rate but then turn it on when i get up to walk....

Welcome to the Forums @Casey4554.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and sharing your feedback.
In this case it is possible to remove the steps that were inaccurately tracked. You can click here to read more about it.
In addition to that, maybe you could post turning off step tracking in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to also read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

@Casey4554 and @LanuzaFitbit. This is what people are asking for when they want a driving mode to stop steps being counted whilst travelling. But after almost 5 years and getting on for 3,000 votes and 97 pages of comments we've got nothing.
Fitbit have added music, female health tracking and brought out assorted hardware but can't offer a stop counting steps option.
Breath holding is not an option.
