I tried to order my free Fitbit would not go through. Now it says it has been redeemed how do I find the order number

Alternatively, tap on the help found below and then tap on Contact Support. 

Or through the Fitbit App, tap help, tap Contact Support. 

 

However @SunsetRunner you may want to check your email, and maybe the spam filter.
