Cant cheer, post pics, or send request

I can't send friend request and if i do they never actuallygo through. Also, my cheers disappear when I cheer someone. I cant post pics because they disappear right away.
<span;>I can't even get motivated because I can't even send request. Its like my account is locked.
<span;>I've deleted and reinstalled the app updated the app and updated my phone. Can you all please help
