App giving wrong information/not recording correctly/slowly processing

Hello,

The app on my smart phone does not register my correct weight when it is recorded.

Additionally, when I attempt to download food for the food diary, it will take up to 5 minutes to process.  (Many times, I will cancel and attempt to add a different version of the food.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.  At that point, I am simply not able to record it.)

The numbers in the "Nutrients" section of the food diary are grossly off (42,000 mg of potassium in one day, for ex.).

When I have spoken to Customer assistance, I am told that these issues are being worked on.  It has been over six months, however, with still no improvement.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the most recent versions of the app, several times., with no improvement  I have spent up to 7 hours on the phone with Customer assistance, on any single issue,  all to no avail.

Additionally, I will say that Customer assistance has become less accessible, of late, with no weekend hours.  This is frustrating as time is limited, during the week, when I actually have the time to spend on dealing with the issues.

Any suggestions?

As for weight not registering right, how much error are you talking about?  If it is one tenth of a pound, I've always had that and just accept it as not significant, and possible rounding.

Hi.  Yes, that particular issue is one tenth of a pound.  When I first got the app, however, it registered exactly.  When it started malfunctioning, I spoke to Customer service, and they affirmed that it should not do that.  Hence, my concern...😶

I agree it should not do that.  But, for myself, I wouldn't be concerned that it is just the tip of some larger issue.

Perhaps not.  I can actually live with the one tenth discrepancy for weight recording.  My real concern is the extremely inaccurate nutrient counts that I get, as I do consider them in my diet.

I don't track them so I'm no help there.  But I would doubt that has any relation to the weight recording error.
