I have been able to download the app to my kindle and have set up a new account for my husband. I have had to do this because when I added a device to my account it overtook my Flex 2 details so have had to take it off. My husbands phone does not have enough memory to doenload app which is why zi am doing this. Can anyone help please. Jane and Clem Bradfielf

Your husband needs his own Fitbit account, with his own email.
You could log out of your account, then on your phone log into your husband's account
You say that your having issues on your kindle, but not what the issue is or if there are any errors.
Now since Fitbit does not have a kindle version, a third party ported it over to kindle, i
suggest using your phone to connect his tracker to his account.
Once connected it might sync through the kindle, all he needs is to be logged into the Fitbit account.
