Hello @Xobat

Thanks for coming to the Fitbit Android app forum about your SpO2 issue with your Pixel Watch 3.

I see that Gary gave you some suggestions in your other post in the Premium forum (<-- click link) that you'll try.

In addition to moving the watch to a different location on your wrist, you could try wearing it on the inside of your wrist and see if you get an SpO2 reading.

This morning, I found a way to check if your red light sensor is working. While you're still in bed and haven't moved much, slightly lift up your watch from your wrist and look at the back of the watch. You should see the red light along with the green one. If you don't see the red light, then there's an issue with the sensor and you'll need to contact Pixel Watch support about your warranty options.

I will definitely try that as soon as possible.

Thank you.

It worked for four days only. It has stopped spinning but no data is being recorded.

Thanks again!
