Weekly report email not received

Fellow Fitbit One users.  DId you receive your weekly progress e-mail from Fitbit for week of December 9?  My husband received his for the Inspire 3 but I did not get mine.  I did a chat with them this morning and they could not give me an answer as to why I did not get it.  They have to forward my concern to the "higher up" team to get me information.  I am so disappointed in Fitbit.

I have not received an e-mail about the case and I still have not received the progress report for week of Dec 9.  Any other suggestions?

@peppygirl   I am a One user.  I have not missed any of my weekly emails.  Sorry to hear about yours, as that is the only way we can check on our stats since the end of August.  😞  However, there was a definite error on mine for Sunday December 15.  I have met my step goal of 6,000 steps a day since November 7.  On December 15, instead of a green circle with a white star like all the other days, I have a blue circle representing ~2500 steps.  That is clearly not correct.  I don't keep my Bluetooth turned on on my phone, as it drains the battery on both the phone and the One if I have the Fitbit app running.  It doesn't sync anyway, unless I force a sync, which I try to do before midnight every day.  It is possible that I did not remember to force a sync Sunday before midnight.  The other odd thing is that on the phone app, it is showing that I have a streak of 20 days going, which means I had to have met my goal a week ago!  But since I have actually met my step goal daily since November 7, the streak should be 45 days, not 20, so the streak data is unreliable as well.  Up until this point, I had faith in the email data, and now I am not so sure.  I miss the good old days when my discreet One functioned flawlessly.  I had hoped that would again be the case for Christmas this year, but that hope is growing thin.  *Sigh*
