I have been facing consistent issues with syncing data between my Fitbit device and the Android app. Even after ensuring that both Bluetooth and the app are up to date; my Fitbit device often fails to sync activity & health data, such as steps, heart rate, and sleep tracking. I’ve tried restarting both the device and the phone, clearing app cache, and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.🤔
This issue is impacting my ability to track my fitness progress accurately & it’s becoming frustrating. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?🤔
Any advice on troubleshooting that might help restore proper syncing functionality would be greatly appreciated.
