Hello
I have been facing consistent issues with syncing data between my Fitbit device and the Android app. Even after ensuring that both Bluetooth and the app are up to date; my Fitbit device often fails to sync activity & health data, such as steps, heart rate, and sleep tracking. I’ve tried restarting both the device and the phone, clearing app cache, and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.🤔
This issue is impacting my ability to track my fitness progress accurately & it’s becoming frustrating. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?🤔
Any advice on troubleshooting that might help restore proper syncing functionality would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to see you're having issues syncing your data from your Fitbit to the app.
Please let us know:
- What Fitbit device are you using?
- What version of the Fitbit app do you have? You can tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app and tap on Help. The Fitbit app version number will be on the Help page.
- What phone/tablet are you using & what OS version?
- Does your app update when you do a manual sync?
